Thermal shock chambers are capable of simulating environment of sudden and drastic changes in temperature, there are the ideal simulation test chamber suitable for testing the capability of a product, material or part component to withstand the stress and strain.
We supply two types of design to meet different industry requirements&standards.
1. Two-zone thermal shock chamber
Sample is placed in the basket which can move up and down between high-temperature chamber and low-temperature chamber, and transferring is carried out in less than 1-3 seconds and the samples are subjected to thermal shocks as many times as necessary because the system has a standard setting of automatic defrosting.(But we recommend to do defrost hand-operated after cold testing) Moreover, hot chamber and cold chamber can work independently and used as high and low temperature chamber to meet more testing requirements.

2.Three-zone thermal shock chamber
There are total three sub-chambers inside. Sample is placed in testing chamber, more extreme temperature than test temperature can be set in high-temperature chamber & low-temperature chamber. During low temperature shocking, cold chamber valve open, and low-temperature chamber working together with testing chamber. When converted into high-temperature shocking, cold chamber door closed, hot chamber valve is opened, and testing chamber working together with high-temperature chamber.
Conversion of mechanical action (transferring from high temperature to low temperature or low temperature to high temperature) can be completed in less than 1 second, and the temperature can be quickly stabilized. During the whole test, specimen is no need to be moved, and without any human intervention.
